Meet Our Co-Founders, Brent and Ryan

Brent Nardecchia, Co-Founder and CEO

With over 20 years of experience in the Phoenix real estate market, Brent has built an unrivaled knowledge of home lending solutions to best serve the great state of Arizona. In that time, Brent built his reputation by offering white glove service and staying true to his commitments. It’s those very traits that carry over into the mission of High Place Mortgage – To build a better mortgage experience by leveraging the latest tech, building a high-performing team to raise the standard in mortgage service, and keeping true honor to our word. When not working on loans, Brent further fuels his passion for real estate through investing and building new homes to revitalize the community.

Outside of work, you can find Brent spending quality time with his family and cheering in the stands at his kids’ many sporting events. Brent is a transplant from Cleveland, Ohio, but has been a proud Arizona resident since college. The beauty of the desert and vibrant atmosphere of Phoenix’s growing population are two of the many reasons that Brent and his family call Arizona their home.

Ryan Myers, Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Ryan Myers is a seasoned mortgage and real estate professional with over 20 years of industry experience. Inspired by his late father’s successful career in real estate, Ryan has built a reputation for expertise in home mortgages, construction loans, commercial lending, and private money financing.

As the co-founder of High Place Mortgage, he plays a pivotal role in helping banks grow their loan portfolios while providing clients with customized lending solutions. His career includes leadership roles at Wells Fargo and Western State Bank, where he significantly contributed to business expansion and asset growth.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Ryan is deeply committed to community involvement, supporting local schools, cancer awareness initiatives, and mentorship programs. He is also actively involved in real estate investment and construction projects across Arizona.

Ryan is known for his unmatched availability, client-first approach, and ability to build businesses from the ground up. His vision is to continue expanding High Place Mortgage, maintaining a relationship-driven model that prioritizes precision, care, and innovation.
