Since beginning her mortgage career in 1997, Patrice Land has built a reputation for operational excellence, servant leadership, and an unwavering commitment to helping others succeed. Taking on leadership roles early in her career, she quickly learned every aspect of the business by stepping in wherever she was needed, an approach that shaped the well-rounded leader she is today.

As Chief Operating Officer at High Place Mortgage, Patrice oversees the day-to-day operations that keep the organization running efficiently while supporting the continued growth of the team. She is passionate about building strong systems, developing people, and creating an environment where teammates can thrive. Her leadership is rooted in accountability, collaboration, and the belief that great operations create exceptional experiences for both clients and referral partners.

Patrice believes that success comes from never being afraid to learn something new and always being willing to jump in wherever help is needed. That mindset has been a constant throughout her career and continues to drive the culture of excellence at High Place Mortgage.

Outside of work, Patrice enjoys spending time with her grandson, especially competing in video games together. She's an avid reader, an active member of a book club, and never passes up a great documentary or what she jokingly refers to as "true crime garbage." Her curiosity, love of learning, and appreciation for a good story carry through both her personal life and her leadership style.

Kim has worked alongside Brent since 2020 (since birth if you count being his sister!), bringing strong leadership and organizational skills to the mortgage lending industry. Before joining the mortgage world, she served as a school director, supporting students and academic leadership in achieving growth and success.

Kim enjoys being part of one of the most important moments in a person's life, buying a home. She specializes in supporting clients on the front end of the process, ensuring everything is gathered efficiently to keep files moving smoothly. Known for her organization and responsiveness, she manages multiple files at once while making each client feel like her top priority.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and son. As a Disney loving family, they often travel there whenever possible, sometimes even turning it into a work from Disney day. Supporting HPM is deeply personal to Kim, and she's proud to stand behind the vision Brent has built and continues to grow.

Phil Wright is a Loan Officer with High Place Mortgage who has been helping clients navigate the home financing process since 2015. Raised in Harrisburg, South Dakota, Phil developed a strong attention to detail through his family's business, where doing things the right way was a core value.

With experience across a wide variety of loan products, including conventional, rural development, and specialty property financing, Phil takes pride in finding solutions for clients with unique needs. His background working with community banks and private money lenders has expanded his ability to serve a broad range of borrowers.

Known for his honest communication and customer-first approach, Phil believes transparency and consistent communication are the keys to reducing the stress of buying a home. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership while building lasting relationships along the way.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys hiking and camping with his wife, Amanda, and their English Bulldog, Aponi. He is committed to continuous growth and looks forward to expanding his expertise while helping High Place Mortgage continue to serve clients at the highest level.

Michael Delp (also goes by Mikey) serves in Loan Operations at High Place Mortgage, bringing a broad range of experience in customer support, compliance, sales, and residential appraising. His diverse background provides a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage process, allowing him to lead with insight, collaborate effectively across teams, and help deliver an exceptional client experience.

Michael is passionate about creating meaningful relationships and fostering a culture centered on service, integrity, and excellence. He believes every customer deserves knowledgeable guidance, clear communication, and a seamless mortgage experience. His commitment to helping clients achieve, and exceed, their homeownership goals is at the heart of everything he does.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. Whether traveling, exploring the outdoors through hiking and mountain biking, enjoying sports, or playing games with family and friends, he values creating lasting memories and maintaining a healthy balance between his professional and personal life.

With a passion for branding, marketing, and relationship building, I serve as the Brand Director at High Place Mortgage, where my primary focus is supporting Brent and our team in whatever is needed to help our company, clients, and agent partners succeed.

Rather than viewing marketing as a standalone function, I believe it should be a tool that creates opportunities, strengthens relationships, and helps our partners grow their businesses. From developing strategic campaigns and content to coordinating events and business development initiatives, my goal is to ensure High Place Mortgage delivers value beyond the transaction.

My background in real estate, mortgage, title, and luxury marketing has given me a unique perspective on what it takes to build lasting partnerships and strong brands. Every project I take on is centered around elevating our team, supporting our referral partners, and executing Brent's vision of creating an organization that leads with service, transparency, and results.

Marylou McDonald brings a strong blend of real estate, mortgage, and sales experience to her work, drawing on a career built on dedication, communication, and a genuinely positive spirit. She has worked with a leading real estate company as well as two established mortgage firms, where she has been known for her motivation, collaborative approach, and ability to create strong client and team relationships.

Prior to entering the real estate and mortgage field, Marylou built a solid foundation in sales, developing the customer-focused mindset and interpersonal skills that continue to shape her professional success today. Outside of work, Marylou loves travel, reading, and is an active sports enthusiast, most recently with a passion for pickleball. She values time with family and friends, loves laughter and fun, and approaches both life and work with energy, enthusiasm, and a joyful outlook.

I've been a Loan Processor for the past 2 years and worked as a Loan Officer Assistant for 5 years prior to that.

I enjoy being a Loan Processor because I get to help clients through the home financing process and play a part in making their dream of homeownership a reality.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.

As a Processor at High Place Mortgage, Theresa is committed to creating a seamless experience for clients and business partners by ensuring every detail is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care. Her extensive industry knowledge and dedication behind the scenes help keep transactions moving forward from contract to closing.

Outside of work, Theresa enjoys spending time with her dog, cheering on the Seattle Seahawks, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, photography, reading, and observing wildlife. Whether she's helping clients achieve homeownership or enjoying the outdoors with a camera in hand, she values patience, attention to detail, and building meaningful connections in everything she does.
